As we develop our local circuit, we wanted to expand the opportunities to worship and gather with local congregations
As we enter Lent and the Easter Season here are a few services our partners are holding.
- Tuesday February 13th
Williamsburg United Methodist is having a Mardi Gras Sing-a-long from 6:30-8:00 - Ash Wednesday February 14th.
Clough will once again have drive thru imposition of Ashes and Mt. Washington will have service from 4:30-5:30

Super Serve Saturday at Hyde Park Community UMC
Monthly Serve Opportunities begin January 20
Hyde Park Community UMC has been providing monthly community serve opportunities to their congregation and we’re excited to announce that our district is beginning a partnership this year to make these opportunities available to all of our churches.
We are hoping to see families, multiple generations, small groups, youth groups, friends and people of all backgrounds put their faith into action by serving in the community.
Super Serve Saturdays (S3) will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month January 20, February 17, March 16, April 20 and May 18. After taking a break for the summer, we’ll begin again in September. You’ll find that there is something for every age and ability – no superpowers necessary! – just a willing, humble and flexible spirit and heart for all!
For January we have 4 organizations and 6 projects to choose from. To begin with all of the opportunities are in Hamilton county – but our goal is to expand to all 7 counties in the Great Miami River District.

Cherry Grove Community Makerspace
Our goal of establishing a Makerspace at Cherry Grove is close to complete. With the space setup close to complete, we will begin learning new art and craft techniques. The first two sessions in February will be wood turning and polymer clay. Watch for more information.
Chili Fest Oct. 14, 2023
Cherry Grove invited Clough UMC to share a bowl of chili and all the fixings and good conversation. With six different pots of chili to choose from, both traditional chili and chicken chili, we enjoyed a variety of recipes with plenty of cornbread, cheese, and crackers.
Dessert was the real treat. We had pumpkin bars and roll plus PIE ( pecan and apple)!
We has so much good food and good conversation, that we may do this again next year.

Cardboard Kids Club
The Cardboard Kids Club is a fun group for kids and their parents blow off steam and express their creativity through play.
